THE BRIEF
To bring a deeply sustainable, low-carbon garden design to life for a keen gardener. The build required minimizing cement, repurposing site waste, and constructing a bespoke water feature and pond. The brief was to create a wildlife-friendly retreat.

THE BUILD
Working closely with the designer's vision, we prioritized low cement construction and locally sourced stone. Rather than sending excavated soil to a landfill, we sculpted it into a raised viewing mound overlooking the London skyline. We constructed a custom pond and water feature framed by a bold Shou Sugi Ban (charred timber) backdrop to provide a calming soundscape. The client & designer carefully installed the highly biodiverse, naturalistic planting scheme to support local wildlife.
